We understand that our customers have different preferences and schedules. That’s why we offer two flexible options
You can collect your order from our designated pickup point once it’s ready. We’ll notify you via SMS or email when your package is available, along with pickup instructions. Pickup is available Monday to Saturday during working hours.
f you’d prefer convenience, we’ll deliver your items directly to your location. Simply provide a valid delivery address during checkout, and we’ll handle the rest. We charge a small shipping cost on top of regular price. Shipping cost varies depending on location.
We offer a variety of shipping options to match your needs:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 business days for locations within major towns and cities.
Express Shipping: Need it faster? Choose express shipping at checkout for 1–2 day delivery where available.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for selected locations and orders placed before noon. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Nationwide Coverage: We ship to all counties across Kenya. For remote areas, allow an additional 1–2 days for delivery.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation message with your order details once we begin processing.
