At Opic Apiaries Ltd, we aim to make the shipping and delivery process as smooth and transparent as possible. Whether you prefer to pick up your order in person or have it delivered straight to your doorstep, we’ve got you covered. We offer reliable and efficient delivery solutions to ensure your items arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Pickup or Delivery – You Choose
We understand that our customers have different preferences and schedules. That’s why we offer two flexible options
1. Customer Pick Up
You can collect your order from our designated pickup point once it’s ready. We’ll notify you via SMS or email when your package is available, along with pickup instructions. Pickup is available Monday to Saturday during working hours.
2. Home or Office Delivery
f you’d prefer convenience, we’ll deliver your items directly to your location. Simply provide a valid delivery address during checkout, and we’ll handle the rest. We charge a small shipping cost on top of regular price. Shipping cost varies depending on location.
Shipping Options and Timeframes
We offer a variety of shipping options to match your needs:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 business days for locations within major towns and cities.
Express Shipping: Need it faster? Choose express shipping at checkout for 1–2 day delivery where available.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for selected locations and orders placed before noon. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Nationwide Coverage: We ship to all counties across Kenya. For remote areas, allow an additional 1–2 days for delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation message with your order details once we begin processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on your selected delivery method and location:
Free Pickup from our location
Flat-rate Delivery within Nairobi and surrounding areas
Calculated Shipping Fees for upcountry or remote areas, shown at checkout
Orders over KSh 5,000 qualify for free shipping (where applicable)

Delivery Issues or Delays
In the unlikely event that your delivery is delayed, damaged, or doesn’t arrive, please contact our support team immediately. We’re here to assist and will work to resolve any issues quickly. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
