Director
Isaac Wirunda
Mr. Wirunda is the Managing Consultant in charge of Valuation and Consultancy.
He is a Registered and Practicing Valuer with experience in valuation of a wide range of
properties around the country for over 12years. A graduate of the (UON) with a BA Land Economics (Hons) degree,
a diploma in Valuation and Estate Management from of the Institution of Surveyors of
Kenya, and is a registered and licensed practicing Valuer and Estate Agent.
He is a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
Consultant
Solomon Mugi MWangi
Mr. Mugi is a Registered and Practicing Valuer with experience in valuation of a wide
range of properties around the country for over 8years.
He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a BA Land Economics (Hons) degree,
a diploma in Valuation and Estate Management from of the Institution of Surveyors of
Kenya, and is a registered and licensed practicing Valuer and Estate Agent.
He is a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
Senior Valuer
Simon Oruka
Simon is a Senior Valuer contacted from time to time basis for property inspections
and valuation.
He has been involved in the valuation and management of a wide range of properties
around the country for over 10 years.
He holds a B.A. Land Economics (Hons) degree from University of Nairobi, a diploma in
Valuation and Estate Management from of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, and is
a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
Valuer
Edna Sirengo
Edna has 2 years’ experience in valuation and property management.
She is available for property inspection from time to time.
Her work is to assess real estate to determine its market value for sales, insurance, taxation, or investment purposes.
She is a graduate of the Technical University of Kenya with a BA in Real Estate (Hons)
degree and is also a Graduate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
Accountant
Our accountant prepares and examines financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws. He also manage budgets, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and handle tax filings, analyze financial data to support decision-making, prepare reports, and assist in audits. The departrment maintains financial systems, ensure timely reporting, and uphold internal controls to protect the organization's financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Office Administrator
Landex Valuers office administrator manages daily office operations, organizes files, schedules appointments, handles correspondence, support staff, coordinate meetings, manage supplies, and maintain office equipment. The department ensure smooth workflow, greet visitors, and oversee clerical tasks. They may also assist in budgeting, data entry, and record-keeping, playing a key role in maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
Receptionist
Our cheerful receptionist greets visitors, answers phone calls, directs inquiries to the appropriate staff, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, handle correspondence, and maintain a welcoming environment. She also performs administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Her role is essential in creating a professional first impression and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Agents
